Technical support and advice to ‘Kammeradvokaten’ on technical matters relating to preparation and implementation of an arbitration case, for an expert appraisal, which will be submitted to the Court of Arbitration. The expert appraisal will define the reasons for the severe settlements experienced for the civil work structures of two rice mills in Can Tho Province and in Soc Trang Province.
